(“We” or “Our” or “Us”) in this document refers to Trackvite. “Subscriber/You/Your” in this document refers to the location, branch or School that did the initial registration to use Our Software.
Trackvite Education is an Online School Management Software designed for Primary and Secondary(High) Schools. Its goal is to bring all Stakeholders (Parents,Teachers,Students and School Administrators) who are involved in the educational training of Students together and provide them with complete A to Z Features needed for Quality Education. It's part of Trackvite Limited Technologies, which is an Accounting Software for all Industries.
Every user is expected to register before accessing any content of our School Management Application.Based on the fact that Our Software was built for Educational Training purposes, it means that our Users' age ranges will vary. Hence, it's the responsibility of every School to post content that are appropriate for Students within the School and any consequences arising from deviation from this requirement is solely upon the School.If any User within your School abuses his/her priviledge through posting of illegal,unlawful or inappropriate contents that violate either your School's Policies or the Laws guiding the Federal Republic of Nigeria, it's the School' responsibility to bring that to our knowledge so that we can terminate the User's Access to the Platform.Schools don't have the right to deactivate any Student or Parent from making use of Our Software without first informing us on the reason(s) for doing so.
Trackvite gives every paid subscriber the right to access all features of the Application as shown on this website under the section “Features” as well as the right to create roles, assign/unassign its users permissions based on each subscriber’s needs, discretions and circumstances. All financial and non-financial costs arising from forgetting to unassign permissions to non-active and dismissed users will be borne solely by the subscriber.
Although every subscriber is granted the rights to access and use the services offered through our platform, yet; no subscriber has an exclusive or transferrable or sublicenseable rights to our Application’s Source Codes and Frameworks. Illegal or unlawful usage includes, but no limited to the following and violators will be prosecuted based on laws guiding Federal Republic of Nigeria: - Access or attempts to access other subscribers’ information, invoices or financial data through any means at all. - Disrupting or attempting to disrupt our product’s operational mechanism which ensures data security, data accuracy and smooth running of the program through spam, virus and harmful codes’ injections, data mining or through any other means at all. - Attempt to modify, redistribute, keep in custody and re-engineer our product for resale or actually did so. - Promoting violence, tensions, discriminations, bias or any attitude/behavior that the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria prohibits. We reserve exclusive rights to cancel any subscriber’s account anytime if there is a breach of our policy/policies/term/terms without notice.
During a subscriber’s registration process, pieces of information such as names, email address, phone numbers and business name are collected through our platform. We don’t have any stored information pertaining to your credit card or payment account numbers when you pay for subscription to use the platform, rather; all payment processing details are passed onto our secure payment processor gateway for the transaction (s) to be finalized. We may also collect user feedback (s) os as to provide you with the best of service available and use the data to improve our Application.
We don’t sell your data to any third party. We don’t share subscriber information with external parties without first informing the subscriber and this is only applicable when constrained or required by law to supply such information. We may use cookies on our website, run email/promotional campaigns and both are aimed at providing users awesome services.
Our subscription fees for the use of the services offered through our platform are very transparent and publicly available. Each subscriber is given the priviledge to use our Software even without payment, but there is a restriction on the number of contents you can post without payments. For unlimited posting of Contents, payment is required. Every School gets five students' subscription free of charge.
Payment subscription plan is based on the number of current Students at any point in time and not by the number of Users.Schools that have current Active Plan are not allowed to add another Plan, rather, they can top up their Payments in order to add more Current Students within any Term.Trackvite will not allow you to post any new transactions for a Student whose status is "Graduated or Past Student", but you can view and update their information if neccessary.If your payment subscription does not cover the total number of current Students at any Point in time, you will not be able to process new Requests until you top up you payment.You can make payment(s) to add more Students anytime within a Term by selecting the Plan which says 'Add More Students'.
Hence,all Payments made are non-refundable.Initially, make Payment for small number of Students and as time progresses, you can pay for additional Students as they show up. Schools can cancel their Accounts anytime through the App, but note that Students,Teachers,Parents and School Administrators will no longer make use of the Account after cancellation. To activate your Account once again, you will have to call us.
If subscription fees change, it will be shown on our website and every subscriber will also receive an email with respect to that change and continual usage after the specified effective date (not less than 30 days) connotes implicit agreement. Every subscriber can cancel its account through the platform anytime without informing us and access to Our Application will be terminated on the date of cancellation irrespective of the remaining days/months from the next billing cycle. Account(s) can be reactivated by calling us.
Although reasonable efforts have been made to ensure data security, data accuracy and smooth functioning of our Application, yet; Trackvite does not in any manner make a guarantee of any kind in the event that there is an undue interference into our Application’s operational backbone.
However, Trackvite agrees to compensate all affected subscribers based on request up to a maximum amount equivalent to those subscribers’ total payment over the last two months from the affected date only if those subscribers have made payment(s) over the last two months from the affected date.
There will be regular updates on our Application to enhance user experience and every update is free for all subscribers. Our Terms and Policies can change anytime, so it is the legal responsibility of every subscriber to check our website for every detail and by clicking “I Agree” anytime you or any of your users wants to log in, implicit agreement abides.
Every School's data / files are backed up securely in the cloud on a daily basis for emergency and recovery if needed. Schools are given certain free amount of file storage space as shown on our pricing page and once the free limit is reached by a subscriber, then, more storage space has to be purchased before more files can be uploaded.
We expect to receive feedback(s) from our subscribers through phone, email or by invitation and every feedback will be used to improve our Application’s performance.
